The model is very accurate and valid under all bias conditions. Consistent model implementation leads to identical simulation results for both small signal and large signal analysis with low input power. TOPAS is scaleable with the number of gate fingers and their widths. Temperature effects like self-heating and different ambient temperatures are taken into account. Furthermore, noise and yield analysis can be performed.
