Measurement requirements

For the parameter extraction of the model only small signal S-parameters at different bias points and forward I-V-curves are needed.


Extraction Service at IMST

IMST offers a full device characterisation service and provides the simulation file for TOPAS as well as all measurements. Non-linear measurements are done for verification. Together with the simulation file IMST delivers verification data sheets.


Requirements for running TOPAS

The TOPAS non-linear model is available as an Agilent ADSTM design kit for WindowsTM and UNIX systems. The TOPAS extraction software runs on a PC with Windows or Linux.
